Clare Hine is a British singer, musician and storyteller.
Her musical journey began at a young age in London with her faithful companions: the piano, the voice and the magical world of the imagination.
After studying classical piano, voice and vocal technique (TCM Paris), she explored vocal jazz and scatt, improvisation, polyphony, vibrational music and sound healing with the voice (CoSH UK).
She sings in various groups, in both jazz and other styles of music, runs workshops, directs choirs and creates concerts and shows solo and in collaboration with other artists.
Her creative drive has led her to lead projects involving both music and storytelling, composing, arranging and writing, for voice and for the various instruments she plays (indian harmonium, ukulele, tamburi, kotamo, washboard and symphonic gong)
She is passionate about projects without borders and seizes every opportunity to share and communicate her joie de vivre through music.
